4. Author Responsibilities

Authors and clients submitting manuscripts or materials to Ariba Book Publishers agree that:

  • The content does not infringe on copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, or other intellectual property rights;

  • The content is not defamatory, unlawful, hateful, obscene, or misleading;

  • All submitted information is accurate and complete.

The author bears full legal responsibility for the originality and legality of submitted materials.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • Authors retain copyright ownership of their manuscripts and creative works;

  • Ariba Book Publishers retains ownership of designs, layouts, branding materials, website content, and proprietary publishing systems created by the company;

  • No content from this website may be copied, reproduced, republished, or distributed without written permission.

Where publishing agreements are signed separately, those agreements shall govern copyright ownership, licensing, royalties, and distribution rights.

6. Publishing Agreements

Certain publishing services may require a separate written agreement between the author and Ariba Book Publishers.

Such agreements may cover:

  • Royalty arrangements

  • Revenue sharing

  • Print rights

  • Distribution rights

  • Licensing

  • Marketing responsibilities

  • Delivery timelines

  • Termination conditions

In case of conflict between these Terms and a signed publishing agreement, the signed agreement shall prevail.

7. Payments and Refunds

Payments

Clients agree to pay all applicable fees for services requested. Payments may be required in advance, partially upfront, or upon completion depending on the service agreement.

Refund Policy

Due to the creative and customized nature of publishing services:

  • Deposits and consultation fees are generally non-refundable;

  • Refunds may only be issued at the sole discretion of Ariba Book Publishers;

  • No refunds shall be issued for completed work already delivered to the client.

8. Delivery Timelines

Estimated timelines provided for editing, design, printing, or publishing are approximate and may vary depending on:

  • Project complexity

  • Client revisions

  • Availability of materials

  • Technical challenges

  • Third-party service providers

Ariba Book Publishers shall not be liable for delays beyond reasonable control.

9. User Accounts and Website Usage

Users must not:

  • Use the website for unlawful purposes;

  • Attempt unauthorized access to the website systems;

  • Upload malicious software or harmful content;

  • Interfere with website functionality;

  • Misrepresent identity or affiliation.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to users who violate these Terms.

10. Book Sales and Orders

Authors are responsible for distribution/sale of their own books. Where the publishers is involved in sales at the request of authors, a new agreement shall be made depending on the nature of the request

This website may contain links to third-party websites or services. Ariba Book Publishers is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of external websites.

Use of third-party websites is at the user’s own risk.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ariba Book Publishers shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages;

  • Loss of profits or business opportunities;

  • Data loss;

  • Publishing delays;

  • Technical interruptions;

  • Errors caused by third-party platforms or providers.

All services are provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ariba Book Publishers, its directors, staff, contractors, and affiliates from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

  • Your breach of these Terms;
